Faceted K9 crystal bars rise above and fall below a matte black band, set in two staggered rows around a ring — 30" across, 10" tall. It gives a dining table, living room or bedroom a crisp, sparkling glow without a bulky frame.

Room & Ceiling Fit
The Nera Ring 30" suits dining rooms, living rooms and bedrooms with ceilings from 8 to 15 feet. The steel cables adjust so the overall hanging height reaches up to 79 inches, so you can keep it close to the ceiling or bring it down over a table. Over a table, leave 30 to 36 inches between the tabletop and the bottom of the crystals; in a walkway, keep at least 7 feet of headroom. The matte black band gives the clear crystal a crisp outline, and looks best with white or soft grey walls, marble and black window frames or hardware.

How to Choose Your Size

• Nera Ring 30", 24 lights — this one. Round or square dining tables of about 42 to 60 inches, living rooms and bedrooms.
• Nera Oval 35", 20 lights. Kitchen islands and dining tables about 54 to 72 inches long.
• Nera Oval 57", 32 lights. Long dining tables and large islands about 86 to 110 inches, and open-plan spaces.

An easy way to check: add your room's length and width in feet. A total of about 26 to 32 means a 30-inch fixture is a good fit. Over a round or square table, aim for a light about half to two-thirds as wide as the table — so roughly a 42- to 60-inch table.

Where the dining table sits near the kitchen, the Nera Oval 35" in black runs along the island in the same crystal-and-band design, so the two spaces read as one.

What's Included & Installation
The crystal bars are packed separately and hung on the frame during installation; with the included manual this takes about an hour. The fixture is hardwired and runs from your existing wall switch. It weighs about 42 pounds, so plan on two people and a ceiling box rated for its weight, and we recommend having a licensed electrician make the connection.

Shipping Origin & Method

Standard International Shipping – From China (Default & Only Shipping Method)

All products are shipped directly from our fulfillment facility in Zhongshan, China, via international ocean or air freight. The shipping process includes export handling and customs clearance.

This is the only shipping method currently available on our website.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days, based on China business days, after the order is confirmed and payment is successfully verified.

Estimated Total Delivery Time

30–45 business days after your order is confirmed and payment is successfully verified.

This estimate includes both order processing and shipping. The 3–5 business days required for order processing are included in this timeframe and are not added on top.

Actual delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance, carrier operations, destination logistics, weather conditions, or peak shipping seasons.

Shipping Schedule & Order Cutoff Time

Orders placed before Friday at 3:00 PM China Standard Time (UTC+8) will be included in the same week’s processing cycle.

Orders placed after the cutoff time will be processed in the next shipping cycle.

Large or oversized items may require additional handling or preparation time depending on logistics arrangements.

Shipping Cost & Taxes

Shipping cost: Free shipping on orders delivered to the United States.

Taxes & Duties:
For orders shipped from China to the United States, all applicable import duties, customs clearance fees, and international shipping costs are prepaid by Posiosa. Customers will not be required to pay any additional import duties or customs fees upon delivery. 

For orders delivered to the United States, product prices include international shipping and applicable import duties and customs clearance fees. Applicable sales tax, if any, is calculated and displayed at checkout based on the delivery address and applicable law.

Delivery address changes may be requested free of charge before the order has been shipped and a tracking number has been issued.

Order Tracking

Registered customers can track their orders through their account dashboard.

Guest customers can use the tracking link sent by email, or contact us with their order number and checkout email address for tracking assistance.

Tracking information will be sent by email once available. For international shipments from China, tracking updates may become active only after the shipment arrives at the destination port or local carrier facility.

At Posiosa, we stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to handling return and refund requests in a fair, reasonable, and transparent manner. Please review the following policy carefully before submitting a return or refund request.

Return Eligibility

We accept change-of-mind returns for products, including returns because you no longer want the item or it does not suit your space. Please submit your return request within 30 calendar days of delivery.

To qualify for a change-of-mind return, the item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging, with all parts, accessories, and instructions included. All returns require prior authorization.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us with your order details so we can arrange an appropriate resolution. Items that have been used or installed are not eligible for change-of-mind returns, but confirmed manufacturing defects may still qualify for assistance.

Nothing in this policy limits your applicable statutory consumer rights.

Return Window

Return or replacement requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days from the delivery date, as confirmed by carrier tracking records.

Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for approval.

Return Process & Authorization

All return requests must be reviewed and approved in advance.

To request a return or replacement, email a01082218139@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your request. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please also include clear photos or videos showing the issue.

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, our support team will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and provide detailed return instructions, including the appropriate return address based on the specific order and product condition.

For orders shipped from our China facility, the default return address is: 
 1st Floor, No. 34 Xinsheng Street, Liusha Village, Henglan Town, Zhongshan City, China.

The Loveland, Colorado business address is for correspondence only and does not accept returns. Please contact us for authorization before returning any item to China.

Please do not send items back without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused or delayed.

Return Shipping Costs

For change-of-mind returns, including items that do not suit your space or are no longer wanted, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If the return or replacement is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Posiosa will cover the reasonable return shipping costs.

Our default return address is in Zhongshan, China. Please obtain return authorization and confirm the return address with our support team before sending any item back.

Inspection & Refund Timeline

Returned items will be inspected within 3–5 business days after they are received.

Once the return is approved following inspection, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days.

Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Condition of Returned Items

For change-of-mind returns, products must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging, including all components such as crystals, parts, manuals, and accessories. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please contact our support team for return instructions specific to your case.

If returned items are incomplete, damaged due to improper packaging, or not in resalable condition, a reasonable restocking or repair fee may be deducted. Any applicable deduction will be communicated to the customer before the refund is processed.
